50 Most Progressive
Charlie Magazine Recognizes 50 Most Progressive
Wednesday night Charlie Magazine hosted their annual party honoring Charleston's 50 Most Progressive at The Vendue. Not only were we thrilled to attend the party, sponsor this amazing campaign, and be a part of such a cool thing for the Charleston community, but also that three of our clients were recognized! The party was an absolute blast, and we were so excited to check out the recently renovated Vendue and their impressive, progressive art collection!
Vendue Renovation & Progressive Art
The Vendue was a perfect choice to host the celebration of Charleston's 50 Most Progressive as it is quite progressive itself as Charleston's first boutique art hotel. Previously called the Vendue Inn, the newly renovated Vendue is located at 19 and 26 Vendue Range. Not only did the entire property receive a needed facelift, it now offers rotating art pieces in a gallery-style setting. In connection with Robert Lange Studios, the hotel features 2-3 art exhibits annually. One interactive installation that really caught our attention--"Look" created by Carl James--is currently on display with several other works curated by Robert and Megan Lange. In addition to having artwork on display (which is also for sale!), the Vendue also hosts an Artist in Residence program. As the only Artist in Residence program in Charleston, we'd say the Vendue is right up there with Charleston's most progressive! If you haven’t been yet, go!
Lois Lane Properties & 50 Most Progressive
As mentioned in a previous blog post, we sponsored one week of content for the 50 Most Progressive, but we were also pleased to learn that three of our favorite clients have been recognized for their contributions throughout the Lowcountry. We're so proud to know these beautiful people!
